Chef Tahira's Quick Weight Loss Recipe

Here is a great quick and easy weight loss recipe, that you simply have to drink everyday! A make a jar of this, and simply take 2 tablespoon everyday before breakfast - simple!

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup honey
    3/4 cup apple cider
    250 g desi garlic, chopped
  • Cooking Direction:
  • Mix all ingredients together.
    Fill in jar and refrigerate.
    Eat 2 tbsp before breakfast.
